Job Purpose:
The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing various HR functions within the organization, including salary management, employee attendance, recruitment, and managing day-to-day HR operations. The HR Executive ensures smooth functioning of HR operations and compliance with company policies while maintaining employee satisfaction and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Salary and Payroll Management
· TA/DA Management
· Recruitment
· Attendance Management
· Letters & Documentation (Formal Letters: Drafting and issuing various HR-related formal letters such as joining letters, offer letters, Relieving letters, Promotion letters)
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
