Looking for an HR executive who can assist in all HR tasks.
He/ She should be well versed with all roles and responsibilities of HR including Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, leave management, on board management etc.

Initiate and maintain employee compensation cases for tracking, reporting, and legal mechanics is part of HR executive responsibilities.

Expected to conduct company-wide town hall meetings to convey updates.

Managing employee conflicts by employing conflict resolution techniques is an essential part of HR executive skills.

Coordinate with senior stakeholders and handle managerial needs by implementing fresh solutions into business strategies.

Also be expected to document human resources record and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personal information.

Conduct annual salary surveys and develop, analyze, and update company salary budgets.
