Job Description
- Very good communication skills, must be possess charismatic leadership skill, interpersonal skills, Ethical decision making skill, Management skill, strategic human resource management skill, good amount of knowledge about HR functions and HRIS
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes & scheduling interviews)
- Serve as a point of contact for IT employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of training activities and outcomes.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:

Job Posting & Advertising:

Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on internal and external platforms (job boards, social media, career websites).

Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source candidates when required.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, and assist in interviewing candidates along with hiring managers.

Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.

Onboarding & Induction:

Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and induction documents.

Facilitate the induction program, ensuring that new hires are introduced to company culture, policies, and their specific roles.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Employee Support:

Address employee concerns and provide support related to HR policies, benefits, workplace issues, and employee development.

Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.

Employee Engagement:

Organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events, celebrations, and wellness programs.

Help create and maintain a positive work culture, fostering employee satisfaction and motivation.

Performance Management:

Appraisals & Feedback:

Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, tracking employee goals, and ensuring that reviews are conducted on time.

Support managers in providing feedback to employees and addressing performance-related issues.

Employee Development:

Assist in identifying training needs based on performance reviews and employee feedback.

Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and seminars to support skill development and growth.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Payroll Processing:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and tax computations.

Coordinate with finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues or discrepancies.

Benefits Management:

Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements.

Provide employees with information on available benefits and assist with enrollment or claims.

HR Documentation & Compliance:

Documentation & Record-Keeping:

Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, performance reviews, and any disciplinary actions.

Ensure that all HR documentation is in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Ensure that the company’s HR policies comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Keep updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices and assist in ensuring organizational compliance.
