Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
- Assist in employee compensation.
- Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge.
- Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs.
- Monitor the budget of the HR department
- Act as a point of contact on matters related to labor legislation
- Dealing with employee grievances
- Create and operate referral bonus programs
- Review current HR technology and recommend the most effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
- Measure staff retention and turnover rates
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of the HR department
