Job Description
We’re looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across recruitment, payroll coordination, and core HR operations while being part of a dynamic and collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Understand manpower requirements from various departments and plan recruitment accordingly.

Prepare and post job descriptions on different job portals and social media platforms.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
-
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability.
-
Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews and final selections.
-
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
2. Onboarding & Induction
-
Conduct orientation programs for new employees to introduce them to the company’s policies, culture, and values.

Ensure completion of joining formalities such as documentation, ID card issuance, and system access.

Prepare welcome kits and assign mentors for smooth integration of new hires.

Facilitate induction sessions covering company policies, roles, and expectations.
3. Employee Records & HR Administration
-
Maintain up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
-
Manage HR databases and ensure accuracy in employee details.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
-
Handle correspondence related to HR activities, including confirmation letters, promotion letters, and transfers.
-
Ensure timely renewal of contracts for temporary and contractual employees.
4. Payroll & Compensation Management
-
Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate payroll processing.

Collect attendance, leave data, and overtime details to ensure error-free salary calculations.

Handle reimbursement claims, incentives, and bonuses.

Maintain records of salary structures, statutory deductions, and increments.
-
Ensure compliance with taxation rules and labor regulations.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
-
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and recreational events.

Address grievances, provide counseling, and maintain a positive work environment.

Encourage open communication between employees and management.
-
Recognize and reward outstanding performance to boost employee morale.

Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
6. Performance Management

Coordinate with managers to set clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Assist in conducting performance appraisals and preparing appraisal reports.

Provide feedback and guide employees on performance improvements.
-
Identify high-performing employees for career advancement and succession planning.
7. Training & Development
-
Identify skill gaps and training needs by coordinating with department heads.

Arrange internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.

Maintain a training calendar and track employee participation.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements.
8. Compliance & Policy Implementation

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.

Prepare and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Handle statutory compliance like PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Professional Tax.

Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.
-
Ensure workplace policies are consistently communicated and enforced.
9. Exit Formalities & Offboarding

Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and clearance formalities.

Coordinate with accounts for final settlements.
-
Gather feedback from exiting employees to improve retention strategies.

Maintain records of employee exits and prepare turnover reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, and MS Office tools.
