Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. This position is vital to ensuring smooth HR functions and maintaining a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Draft job descriptions, post openings on job portals, and screen resumes.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Conduct preliminary HR interviews and shortlisting of suitable profiles.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
-
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Foster a positive work culture by organizing engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.

Conduct periodic employee feedback sessions and exit interviews.

Help resolve workplace conflicts and support grievance redressal mechanisms.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management

Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate salary processing.

Manage attendance records, leave applications, and timesheets.

Assist in handling reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.

Ensure compliance with applicable PF, ESI, and tax-related guidelines.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
-
Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.

Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Handle audits and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
5. Performance Management

Support the implementation of appraisal systems and performance evaluation frameworks.

Coordinate with managers to set KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Assist in preparing performance reports and tracking employee productivity.

Guide employees on career development plans based on appraisal outcomes.
6. Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and training needs among employees.

Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee skill enhancement.

Maintain training records and certifications.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills

Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance.

Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and payroll software.
