Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate, Freshers, College Students, Job Seekers, MBA Aspirants

Location: Work From Home (Remote Work)

Eligibility: PAN India

Timing: Flexible Working Hours, 5 Days Shift

Income: Salary (25,000 to 1,00,000) + Incentives + Benefits + Perks

Position Overview:

We are seeking a HR Executive to manage and oversee various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and training & development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support the HR department in ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Manage job postings, walk-in interviews, and campus hiring.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation:

Handle new employee orientation and induction programs.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.
Ensure a smooth joining and exit process for employees.

3. Payroll & Attendance Management:

Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
Assist in salary processing, reimbursements, and deductions.
Ensure PF, ESI, and tax compliances are followed.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations:

Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Plan and execute team-building activities and engagement programs.
Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations.
Update and enforce HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and code of conduct.
Assist in handling employee disputes and legal HR matters.

6. Training & Development:

Organize employee training programs, workshops, and career development initiatives.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning sessions with trainers.
Monitor employee performance improvement plans.
