• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Handle documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
