Job Description
* Two options available part time and full time
* Part time Income:- 25k with Timing:- 2hr to 3hr Flexible time
*Full time income:- 40k with Timing:-7 hr to 8hr flexible timing
Position Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing team management activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, hiring talent, and coordinating with teams to maintain an efficient and productive workforce. The company will provide all required candidate data and resources, enabling the HR Executive to focus on effective recruitment and managing employee engagement.
This position is ideal for professionals who possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and who can balance recruitment targets with employee management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Utilize provided candidate databases and resources to identify suitable candidates.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or online interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers to monitor progress and hiring status.
2. Team Management

Support managers in team coordination and performance tracking.

Assist in resolving employee concerns and improving team collaboration.

Monitor team attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Help organize team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
3. Onboarding & Induction

Ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires.

Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and processes.

Coordinate with different departments to set up workstations and access credentials.
4. HR Administration
-
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
-
Prepare and share HR reports on recruitment and team performance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
-
Provide feedback to management on employee satisfaction and retention strategies.

Encourage a positive work environment and maintain open communication with staff.
