We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, HR documentation, compliance, and performance management coordination.
As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops a high-performing and motivated workforce. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Whether you're managing candidate interviews, helping resolve workplace issues, or maintaining accurate employee records, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, culture, and compliance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job advertisements on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.

Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlisting of candidates for final rounds.

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
2. Onboarding and Induction

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.

Coordinate the onboarding process, including new hire documentation, background verification, and induction sessions.

Assist in setting up new employees with email accounts, IDs, and access to internal systems.

Introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and team members.
3. Employee Engagement and Welfare

Organize employee engagement activities such as birthdays, team-building events, wellness programs, and celebrations.

Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys.

Address employee queries and act as a liaison between staff and management.

Support initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
4. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management

Track employee attendance and leaves using HRMS or manual records.

Assist the payroll team with inputs like attendance data, overtime, and deductions.

Maintain leave balances and ensure proper documentation for leave approvals.

Address payroll-related queries from employees and coordinate with the finance team for resolution.
5. HR Documentation and Compliance

Maintain and update employee records including personal details, employment history, and statutory documents.

Ensure HR files are complete, organized, and stored securely in digital and/or physical format.

Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliance documentation as required.

Assist in audits and ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
6. Performance Management Support

Assist in managing the performance appraisal cycle, including setting timelines and reminders.

Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely submission of evaluations and reviews.

Maintain records of appraisals, ratings, and promotions.

Support initiatives for skill development and employee growth.
7. Exit Management

Coordinate exit interviews and final settlement documentation.

Ensure smooth handover of responsibilities and company assets from outgoing employees.
-
Document exit feedback and report to HR Manager for further analysis.
-
Update HR records and remove access to internal systems for separated employees.
