Job Title: HR Executive (MBA – HR Only)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct employee orientation and support training activities.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR administrative tasks.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies are followed and support compliance activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources (HR specialization is mandatory).
- 0–2 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with MBA HR can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
