Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) who is eager to start a career in talent acquisition and human resources. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, and joining formalities.
Support onboarding activities and documentation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
