Job Description
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
· Good knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
-
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary HR rounds.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.

Maintain candidate databases and follow up on selection processes.

Use recruitment portals, social media, and employee referrals to attract top talent.

Onboarding and Induction:

Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities.

Conduct induction programs to familiarize new employees with the company’s culture, policies, and processes.

Ensure proper documentation of employee records and personal details.

Employee Engagement and Relations:
-
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to boost morale.

Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflicts and promote harmony.

Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Performance Management:

Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Track employee performance, attendance, and work behavior.

Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and career growth.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Coordinate with the finance department for accurate salary processing.

Manage employee benefits such as leave, insurance, provident fund (PF), gratuity, and other statutory compliances.

Ensure timely submission of payroll-related data and reports.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Manage documentation related to contracts, agreements, and compliance audits.

Training and Development:
-
Identify training needs through performance reviews and feedback.
-
Arrange in-house or external training programs to enhance skills.

Monitor training outcomes and maintain training records.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee attendance, leave, and absence records.

Manage HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information Systems) for accurate employee data.

Prepare HR reports for management review.
