Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our statutory consultancy firm in Cochin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Professional Tax (PT), and other applicable labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end statutory compliance processes for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc., for multiple client organizations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance filings and inspections.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns within due timelines.
- Liaise with Senior Officials internally and with EPFO, ESIC, and other regulatory bodies for compliance, inspections, and grievance resolution.
- Support client audits and ensure timely rectification of compliance gaps.
- Update clients on changes in statutory laws and provide guidance on compliance requirements.
- Assist in onboarding and exit formalities with a compliance lens.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Excel and compliance portals (EPFO, ESIC, etc.).
- Good communication and client handling skills.
