Job Description
Process: Recruitment (Insurance & Banking Hiring Preferred)
Location: Work from Home (Preference: Candidates near Belapur, Navi Mumbai)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Post jobs on portals and source profiles through multiple channels.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in HR recruitment (insurance/banking hiring preferred).
- Gender: Preferable Female
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Process Details:
- Shift Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM.
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
Required Skills and Competencies
1. Industry Knowledge

Understanding of the insurance sector (life, general, health) and banking sector (retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management).

Awareness of regulatory requirements like IRDAI certifications for insurance agents or banking compliance standards.
2. Sourcing and Networking Skills

Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media recruiting.

Strong professional network within the insurance and banking industry.

Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication.
