Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Belapur, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Home)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (as per experience)
Education: Graduation completed
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

Navir Consultant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support the company's recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR functions and capable of working independently from home.
•Key Responsibilities
*Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
*Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
*Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

*Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
*Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.

*Assist in creating HR policies and ensuring compliance.

*Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.

*Coordinate training sessions and development programs.

*Prepare HR-related reports for management.
*Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

•Skills & Competencies

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment tools.

*Good organizational and time management abilities.

*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
