Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:

Assist in identifying manpower needs and creating job descriptions.

Post job vacancies on portals, social media, and company website.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for further rounds.

Maintain recruitment records and provide timely updates on hiring status.

Organize walk-in interviews and job fairs if required.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:
-
Coordinate the onboarding process including documentation, ID card issuance, and system access.

Conduct new employee orientation to help them understand company culture, policies, and expectations.

Ensure completion of employee files and induction checklists.
3. HR Operations and Administration:
-
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or physical files.
-
Prepare letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.

Assist in processing monthly payroll by sharing attendance data, leave summaries, and any deductions.

Track employee leave, attendance, and punctuality records regularly.
4. Employee Engagement and Relations:

Plan and implement employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, team outings, or internal competitions.

Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and attendance.

Support grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR Manager.
5. Compliance and Legal:

Ensure adherence to statutory and labor compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and labor law filings.

Maintain registers and files as per legal requirements.

Coordinate with external agencies for audits, inspections, or contract labor management if applicable.
6. Training and Development:

Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.

Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.

Maintain training attendance records and feedback reports.
7. Exit Management:

Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.
-
Coordinate full and final settlement, documentation, and clearance process.

Update employee exit records and deactivate system access.
