Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing

Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant departments.

Support end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to offer letter issuance.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
2. Onboarding and Induction
-
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.

Ensure all joining formalities are completed and documents are properly collected and filed.

Create employee IDs, email accounts, and access credentials in coordination with IT/Admin.
3. Employee Records and HR Operations
-
Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases in HRMS or physical formats.

Prepare HR letters including offer letters, experience letters, and confirmation letters.

Ensure timely documentation for new hires, resignations, transfers, and promotions.
4. Payroll and Attendance Support
-
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and working hours through HR software or manual records.

Assist in collecting payroll data and coordinating with the finance or payroll team.

Handle employee queries related to salary, leaves, or reimbursements.
5. Employee Engagement and Communication
-
Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations.

Facilitate internal communications, announcements, and feedback collection.

Promote a positive work culture and encourage team-building activities.
6. Compliance and Policy Implementation
-
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

Maintain records related to ESI, PF, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.

Assist during audits and inspections related to HR and labor compliance.
7. Exit Formalities
-
Handle resignation process including notice period tracking, exit interviews, and clearance.

Coordinate full and final settlement with finance and issue relieving documents.
