Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people management and want to contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and internal company policies. You will be expected to assist in building a strong employer brand and ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in identifying manpower needs in coordination with departmental heads.

  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Conduct preliminary interviews and support final selection with documentation and onboarding.

2. Onboarding and Induction:

  • Handle all onboarding formalities including document collection, background verification, and issuing offer letters.

  • Organize orientation sessions and company inductions for new joiners.

  • Ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees.

3. HR Operations and Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.

  • Manage attendance, leaves, timesheets, and other HR data using HRMS software or spreadsheets.

  • Draft HR letters such as appointment letters, increment letters, experience letters, etc.

  • Handle exit interviews and full & final settlements.

4. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and grievances.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with teams and support managers in team-building activities.

5. Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Assist in the creation and communication of HR policies and updates.

  • Support audits by maintaining accurate HR documentation and legal compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

6. Payroll Assistance:

  • Coordinate with the finance department or payroll vendor to process monthly payroll.

  • Provide data on attendance, leave, bonuses, and salary revisions.

  • Handle employee queries related to payslips, income tax, and reimbursements.

7. Training and Development:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating internal or external training programs.

  • Track employee participation and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Maintain training calendars and related documentation.
