Job Description

HR Executive Role
Good Communication skills.

Below are the preferred eligibility criteria for an HR executive job:
  • Only Female candidates
  • PUC and Any degree
  • 0-2 years' experience    

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies on job portals, company website, and social media platforms.

  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments.

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process including induction programs, documentation, and orientation.

2. Employee Records and Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR software or physical files.

  • Ensure proper documentation for new hires, exits, and employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers).

  • Handle documentation related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.

3. Attendance and Leave Management

  • Monitor employee attendance and punctuality using biometric or HRMS systems.

  • Process leave applications and maintain leave records as per company policy.

  • Generate monthly reports for absenteeism and late coming for payroll processing.

4. Payroll and Benefits Support

  • Work closely with the finance or payroll team to ensure accurate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, reimbursements).

  • Assist in managing employee benefits such as health insurance, bonuses, and other perks.

  • Handle queries related to salary slips, income tax declarations, and reimbursements.

5. Employee Engagement and Welfare

  • Organize employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, cultural events, team outings, and wellness programs.

  • Conduct surveys and gather employee feedback to improve workplace culture.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

6. Performance Management Support

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles by coordinating review schedules, sharing forms, and collecting feedback.

  • Maintain records of performance reviews, goal settings, and improvement plans.

  • Provide support to managers in managing underperformance or conflict resolution.

7. Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure HR operations comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.

  • Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies.

  • Participate in internal audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

8. Employee Relations

  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

  • Support in conducting exit interviews and handling employee offboarding procedures.

  • Promote open communication and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.

9. HR Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring trends).

  • Share monthly or quarterly reports with senior HR leadership or department heads.

10. Training and Development (Optional)

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions or workshops.

  • Track employee training records and learning progress.
