An HR Executive helps manage a company’s employees and ensures a smooth working environment. Their main responsibilities include:
✅ Hiring & Onboarding – Finding the right people, conducting interviews, and helping new employees settle in.
✅ Employee Records & Payroll – Maintaining employee details, processing salaries, leaves, and attendance.
✅ HR Policies & Compliance – Ensuring the company follows labor laws and workplace policies.
✅ Training & Development – Organizing skill-building sessions for employees.
✅ Employee Engagement – Planning activities to keep employees happy and motivated.
✅ Handling Grievances – Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns and handle grievance resolution.
- Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and wellness programs.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Assist in salary processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Performance Management & HR Policies
- Assist in conducting performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
- Support management in handling disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
