Role:
The HR Executive helps the company in hiring, managing employee records, and supporting daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment – posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll support.

Help in preparing HR letters, offers, and documents.

Support in employee onboarding and training.

Assist in handling employee queries and issues.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
Skills Required:

Good communication and people skills.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.

0–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
