HR Executive Job in Panacorp Software Company at Nagercoil

We are looking for an HR Manager to handle all HR-related activities in the company. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, training, and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees

• Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents

• Conduct employee orientation and training sessions

• Manage employee performance, appraisals, and feedback

• Ensure company policies and rules are followed

• Support employee welfare and resolve workplace issues

• Maintain all employee files and confidential records

• Plan employee engagement and motivation activities

• Good communication and people management skills

• Basic knowledge of HR software and MS Office

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Any graduate or postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR
