Job Description

· Female is preferable only

· Design and update job descriptions

· Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Indeed, IIM, Linked In, Etc)

· Should be able to work in ATS software and daily submit the report accordingly

· Daily Calls to 150 candidates to approach for vacant positions

· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

· Screen incoming resumes and application forms

· Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards

· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

· Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

· Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board

Mandatory

· Should have personal Laptop, Android Mobile, Computer skills- MS Office, Excel Sheets, Google Sheets, Email, Outlook, Calander, schedule video call meeting

· Solid verbal and written communication skills

· Training will be provided for Recruitment's and how to us use ATS Software

· Sound judgment
