HR Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
-
Understand hiring needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.

Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, social media, and consultants.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with department managers.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing → screening → shortlisting → interviews → offer → joining.

Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database for future use.
2. Onboarding & Induction
-
Manage pre-joining formalities: collect documents, verify references, send offer letters.

Conduct new hire orientation and introduce employees to company policies, culture, and team members.

Prepare joining kits, issue ID cards, and facilitate workstation/email setup.

Ensure smooth transition for new employees through 7–30–60–90-day onboarding plans.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
-
Maintain employee records including personal details, attendance, leaves, documents, and contracts.
-
Process letters like offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
-
Handle daily HR tasks such as attendance tracking, leave approvals, and database maintenance in Excel/HRMS.
-
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and ensure record accuracy.
4. Payroll Support & Compliance

Collate and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.
-
Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely salary disbursement.

Assist with PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and statutory compliance documentation.

Maintain HR-related compliance calendars (renewals, inspections, etc.).
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
-
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities: birthdays, festivals, team-building events, and rewards.

Act as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related queries or grievances.

Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through open communication and transparent policies.

Support conflict resolution and performance discussions in coordination with the reporting managers.
6. Training & Development Support
-
Identify training needs in consultation with team leads and department managers.
-
Assist in organizing training sessions, webinars, or workshops.
-
Maintain training attendance, feedback, and learning outcomes reports.
7. Exit & Offboarding Process
-
Conduct exit interviews to gather employee feedback and share insights with management.
-
Ensure all clearance formalities are completed including documentation, return of assets, and final settlement.

Generate relieving letters and experience certificates on time.
