JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: HR Executive
Number of Vacancy: 1 Opening
Profile Introduction: Techvolt software seeking a dynamic HR Executive with a proven track record in IT Recruiter Selection for our branch located in Saibaba colony Coimbatore.
Will be added advantage. If the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a Hands-on approach to HR operations.
Eligibility criteria:
l Qualifications: MBA/BBA/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
l Applicants should have graduated within the last three years.
l Minimum aggregate of 70% marks or equivalent CGPA throughout the academic career.
l Female candidates only.
Skills Required:
l Good experience working on different job portals.
l Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
l Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
l In-depth knowledge evaluation of candidates' skills to match requirements objectively.
l Clearly outline roles and responsibilities in a user-friendly format for better understanding by prospective applicants.
l Know effective performance management strategies to enhance employee growth and productivity.
l Proficient in managing payroll & benefits administration.
Experience: 0-1 year
Roles and Responsibility:
l Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
l Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
l Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.
l Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the interview process.
l Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
l Assist with other HR-related tasks and works as needed.
Salary package : As per industry standard.
Job Location: Saibaba colony Coimbatore.
Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred.(within 7 Days).
