Job Description
As an HR Executive at Varun Motors Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll, and compliance. You will ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to interview coordination and candidate selection.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
- Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.

Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address issues related to performance, policy, and interpersonal conflicts.
- Foster a positive organizational culture by promoting employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts between employees and management.

Performance Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and ensure timely feedback is provided to employees.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Administer payroll and ensure accurate processing of employee salaries, allowances, and deductions.
- Maintain records of employee benefits such as insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
- Handle statutory compliance related to tax, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), etc.

HR Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare reports related to HR metrics (headcount, attrition, etc.) for management review.

Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs for skill development, leadership, and safety.
- Support career growth initiatives and identify opportunities for employee development.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.

Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
