Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support various human resources functions within our organization. As an integral part of the HR team, the HR Executive will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This position requires a balance of administrative responsibilities and employee engagement activities to support a positive workplace culture and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and company policies. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in candidate selection.

Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees, including verification of documents and background checks.

Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports on hiring status and performance.
2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation:

Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.

Ensure all employment paperwork is completed accurately and filed correctly.

Set up employee profiles in HRMS and ensure the proper handover to payroll and IT departments.
3. HR Operations & Documentation:

Maintain and update employee records such as attendance, leave, contracts, ID cards, and HR files.

Ensure HR databases and HRMS platforms are up-to-date and accurate.

Support payroll processing by collecting and submitting attendance and leave data, expense reimbursements, and overtime records.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations:

Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, compensation, and other HR-related matters.

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, team outings, wellness programs, and employee feedback surveys.

Assist in resolving grievances and promoting a harmonious work environment.
5. Training & Development:

Coordinate training sessions, internal workshops, and skill development programs.

Track employee participation in learning programs and maintain training records.

Liaise with external trainers and vendors as needed.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies.

Prepare and maintain statutory documents such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labor law requirements.

Assist in internal and external audits by preparing relevant HR documentation.
