Job Summary:
An HR Executive is responsible for executing and supporting various human resource functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, policy implementation, and training coordination. Acting as a key link between employees and management, the HR Executive ensures that the workplace remains productive, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s values and strategic goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, discretion, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and screening applications.

Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and assessments for shortlisted candidates.

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Facilitate new hire orientation programs and ensure smooth integration into the company.
2. Employee Records and HR Documentation:

Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Manage employee databases, attendance logs, and leave records.

Ensure timely documentation for promotions, transfers, terminations, and other personnel actions.

Monitor probation periods and performance evaluation schedules.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Collect and verify timesheets, overtime records, and leave data for accurate payroll processing.

Coordinate with the finance department or payroll service provider to ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, bonuses, and reimbursements.

Assist employees with queries related to payroll, tax deductions, or benefits.
4. Employee Relations and Engagement:

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues or grievances.

Help foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement programs, team events, and wellness activities.

Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback to improve employee retention.

Promote company policies and uphold ethical standards across all levels of staff.
5. Policy Implementation and Compliance:

Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Ensure that company policies comply with current labor laws and employment standards.

Monitor adherence to workplace policies related to attendance, behavior, safety, and performance.

Prepare reports and documentation required for audits and statutory compliance.
6. Performance Management:

Coordinate the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of evaluations.

Maintain records of employee performance reviews, goals, and improvement plans.

Work with management to support underperforming employees with action plans and follow-up procedures.

Provide support in reward and recognition programs.
7. Training and Development:

Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
