Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
-
Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews.
-
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
-
Conduct telephonic and initial HR round interviews.
-
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
-
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
-
Conduct onboarding orientation for new joiners.
-
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
3. HR Operations
-
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
-
Support payroll inputs preparation (attendance, leave, incentives).
-
Maintain HR MIS reports and ensure data accuracy.
4. Employee Engagement
-
Plan and execute activities, events, and engagement programs.
-
Address employee concerns and support positive workplace culture.
5. Performance Management
-
Assist in performance review cycles and documentation.
-
Coordinate feedback sessions between employees and managers.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
-
Ensure adherence to HR policies and assist in policy updates.
-
Support statutory compliance documentation when needed.
