Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end
recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding candidates.
- Use job portals, social
media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule
interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update
candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle documentation, offer
letters, and joining formalities.
- Build strong relationships
with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
