Job Role Description:

Work closely with senior HR managers to better understand the hiring needs of the company across various verticals and roles
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, as a talent acquisition specialist, HR head-hunter and HR recruiter
Coordinate and partner with the talent acquisition team to design and execute recruitment strategies

Responsibilities

Design and implement job descriptions as per the guidance of HR managers
Screen incoming resumes from potential candidates and maintain the application forms and database through the entire span of the hiring process.
