Job Description
Liaisoning with employees and Management for Payroll related issues.
Attendance regularization through (My attendance) biometric attendance software
Updating and maintaining employee leave records; Communicating requests of leave details to employees.
Updating Employee details in the Software - HRMS
Update Leave records in Attendance
Prepare attendance report for salary processing
Responsible for all Statutory Compliances in conjunction with HR Consultant.
Employee Induction formalities; on the job formalities, Exit formalities etc.
Any other HR tasks that may be required by the Company from time to time
