Job Description
- Attendance Management & Payroll processing
- Talent acquisition, staffing logistics.
- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic & paper form
- Joining formalities, exit interviews & full & final settlements.
- Preparing MIS & submitting on time
- Organizational development
- Ensuring all statutory payments compliances and handling inspections.
- Employee engagement by adherence to Fun Calendars
- Food Handlers-pre employment medical tests to be done in a timely manner.
- Employee orientation, handholding new hires, development & training
- Adhering to policies.
- Grievance handling by meeting all employees one on one or holding skips level meetings.
- Undertake tasks in performance management& Appraisals
- Monthly town halls to be conducted.
- Employee cafeteria, staff facilities to be maintained and regular checks to be done.
