We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive Junior to assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management and learn industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Help in onboarding new employees, including documentation and induction programs.

2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations

Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in handling HR queries related to policies, payroll, and benefits.

3. Performance & Training Support

Assist in tracking employee performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Help coordinate training and development programs for employees.

4. HR Compliance & Documentation

Ensure proper record-keeping of employee documents and contracts.
Assist in maintaining HR compliance as per company policies and labor laws.
