Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning

Handle joining, induction, attendance, payroll coordination

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory & factory regulations

Maintain HR records, policies, and employee files

Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievance management

Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and HR reporting
Requirements:

Graduate / MBA in HR
-
3–5 years HR experience (manufacturing/lab environment preferred)

Knowledge of labor laws, compliance & HRMS
-
Good communication and coordination skills
