Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive/Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai (Base Location), with travel as required.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within a similar industry. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

* Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.

* Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.

* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.

* Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.

* Develop and implement performance management systems.

* Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs.

* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

* Manage HR related documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.

* Travel as needed to support various training locations.

* Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.

* Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

* Willingness to travel.
