Looking for HR Executive
Job Profile:
- Plan for trainings based on the role based curriculum or one-off requests.
- Coordinate with the trainer, participants and managers for finalizing the schedule and nomination
- Arrange candidate for company ,company flow up/ invoice generation.
- Consolidate training feedback.
- Update the training records.
- Assessment Co-ordination.
- Internet surfing knowledge.
- To design, develop, upgrade and maintain strong and effective HR policies and practices.
- Handle sensitive HR data confidentially and effectively.
- Good hands on drafting the mailers.
- Handling HR Generalist/HR Executive Functions.
Required Skills:
- Having Fair understanding of PMS.
- good knowledge of Recruitment through Posting, newspapers and references.
- He should have good communication.
- Pleasing personality.
- Willing to travel.
