Job Description
URGENT REQUIREMENT:
Responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate Induction Process
- Recruitment coordination, feedback collection & Offer rollout
- Maintain Employee Data, HR Records and give required reports to Management
- Employee engagement activities and improving motivation levels of employees
- Facilitate Performance Management Process
- Handle Employee Grievance
- Maintain Learning Records and coordinate training programs
- Handle Statutory Compliances & Reporting
- Administer Employee Benefits viz., Insurance, Leave, etc.
Experience:
Qualification: Minimum BBA/BBM.
Location: Bengaluru (position open only for local candidates)
