URGENT REQUIREMENT: 

Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate Induction Process
• Recruitment coordination, feedback collection & Offer rollout
• Maintain Employee Data, HR Records and give required reports to Management
• Employee engagement activities and improving motivation levels of employees
• Facilitate Performance Management Process
• Handle Employee Grievance
• Maintain Learning Records and coordinate training programs
• Handle Statutory Compliances & Reporting
• Administer Employee Benefits viz., Insurance, Leave, etc.

Experience:

Qualification: Minimum BBA/BBM.
