Job Description

Role Overview: Execute on-ground activities, meet customers/partners, complete documentation, and achieve daily/weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned areas; pitch products/services and onboard customers

- Collect documents/KYC; support deliveries/collections as needed

- Resolve field issues; escalate complex cases

- Maintain daily visit reports, expenses, and CRM entries

- Follow safety, process, and compliance standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)- 0–2+ years in field sales/operations (freshers welcome)

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required

- Local language fluency; basic English/Hindi

- Smartphone proficiency; Maps/CRM/Sheets familiarity

- Target-oriented, punctual, and customer-focused
