Job Description
- Recruitment and Onboarding:Identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires in the field.
- Resource the manpower from ground level (i.e. From School, Colleges, Universities)
- Target the candidates according to the requirement of company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Sourcing

Visit local areas to source blue-collar and field staff (delivery boys, warehouse workers, sales staff, etc.) through direct walk-ins, job melas, and field campaigns.

Distribute job flyers, posters, and conduct face-to-face promotions in hotspots like industrial areas, railway stations, and colleges.

Coordinate with HR executives or recruitment partners to schedule interviews and assessments.
2. Candidate Onboarding

Help selected candidates with document submission, registration forms, biometric verification, and KYC.

Explain job roles, salary structure, shift timings, company rules, and policies in person.

Collect physical documents like Aadhar card, PAN card, bank passbook, educational certificates, etc., from candidates.
3. Field Coordination
-
Act as a bridge between head office HR and ground-level employees.

Coordinate field visits to various client sites, warehouses, or retail outlets to verify workforce deployment.

Ensure timely joining and attendance of field staff.
4. Attendance & Compliance Monitoring
-
Track attendance, leaves, and absenteeism of deployed employees across different sites.

Submit daily or weekly reports on manpower status to HR Manager.

Assist with ESI, PF, and labor compliance documentation for workers.
5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Redressal

Conduct field visits to listen to employee concerns and resolve basic grievances like salary delay, shift timing issues, and supervisor conflicts.

Mediate between site managers and employees to ensure a healthy work environment.

Encourage retention by addressing concerns and motivating workers.
6. Operational Support

Assist with background verification, ID card distribution, and uniform management.

Coordinate health checkups, biometric enrollment, and induction training if applicable.

Help in organizing HR field camps, mass hiring drives, and training workshops.
