Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on job portals, social media, and the company website.

Screen resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.

Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting induction programs, and ensuring all necessary documents are collected.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.

Manage personnel files, contracts, and employee documentation.

Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and audits.

Support in Employee Engagement and Welfare:

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as events, workshops, and team-building exercises.

Support HR in promoting employee well-being, benefits, and recognition programs.

Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development:
-
Help coordinate and schedule training programs for employees.
-
Maintain training records and track employee participation.

Assist in the assessment of employee training needs and the preparation of training schedules.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Assist the HR team with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, attendance records, and leave applications.

Support in administering employee benefits like insurance, medical benefits, and leave policies.

Ensure proper documentation is maintained for payroll and benefits administration.

Compliance and HR Policies:
-
Support the HR team in ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Assist in ensuring the company is in compliance with labor laws and other legal requirements.

Help with policy dissemination and ensuring employees are aware of the company’s HR guidelines.

General HR Administration:

Provide administrative support to HR managers, including scheduling meetings, handling emails, and managing calendars.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, such as attendance, leave balances, and recruitment progress.

Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Employee Communication:

Assist in drafting internal communications, newsletters, and HR announcements.

Support HR in organizing and managing internal surveys and feedback collection processes.
