Position Overview:
The HR Fresher is a trainee-level position designed for individuals who are new to the Human Resources field and are looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. The role involves supporting the HR department in a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and training. The HR Fresher will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential HR skills under the guidance of senior HR professionals and will assist in implementing HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Resume Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Job Postings: Help post job advertisements on various platforms, such as job boards and social media.

New Hire Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that new hires are welcomed and oriented properly.
2. Employee Records Management:

Maintain Employee Files: Support in organizing and updating employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, and performance reviews.

Data Entry: Enter and update employee information into HR software or spreadsheets.

Confidentiality: Ensure that sensitive employee information is kept confidential and secure.
3. Employee Engagement:

Employee Queries: Assist in answering basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Employee Surveys: Help in organizing employee satisfaction surveys and collecting feedback.

Event Coordination: Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, health and wellness programs, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
4. Training and Development:

Training Coordination: Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees.

Training Materials: Help in preparing and distributing training materials or resources.

Learning Management System: Update and manage learning resources on the company's learning management system (LMS).
5. Payroll and Benefits:

Payroll Support: Assist in gathering data for payroll processing, such as attendance records, leave requests, and employee compensation details.

Benefits Administration: Help in managing employee benefits (healthcare, insurance, etc.) and assist in communicating benefits information to employees.
6. HR Administration:
