Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.

Assist in maintaining recruitment records and reports.
2. Onboarding & Orientation:
-
Help organize induction programs for new employees.
-
Prepare joining kits, collect documents, and assist in onboarding formalities.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
3. Employee Engagement:

Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.

Assist in collecting employee feedback and preparing engagement reports.

Help in creating newsletters, surveys, and communication content.
4. HR Administration:
-
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
-
Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).

Support HR operations in areas like exit processes and file audits.
5. Learning & Development (L&D):
-
Coordinate with training vendors and trainers for learning sessions.
-
Help with tracking training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness.

Maintain training records and assist in creating learning dashboards.
