Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support SPOT enhancement activities like past employee data updates related to education, experience, and employee records
Coordinate onboarding activities for GETs and new joiners
Prepare Business induction plan (function-wise decks for new joiners)
Compile and maintain training-related data from:
Competency Matrix
Development Plans
Vendor coordination for trainings
Track and follow up on mandatory training completion
Coordinate training logistics, nominations, attendance, and feedback records
Assist in collating details for Global bulletin
Follow ups for SPOT awards and Townhall coordination
Support transactional HR activities and process coordination
Compile HSE-related HR data and trackers
Support and follow up on HR compliance records
