Description :
- The incumbent would be responsible for handling end to end HR Generalist related activities.
- Team building by conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Induction and On-Boarding.
- Preparing employee document such as offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter etc .
- Training new or existing employees.
- HR Policies and HR Manuals. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Attendance and Leave Management

Criteria :
- 2+ years of exp in HR with a strong understanding towards HR processes and practices.
- Willing to take challenges in shaping the organization.
- Prior experience in working with recruitment consultancy will be added advantage.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
