Description :

The incumbent would be responsible for handling end to end HR Generalist related activities.
Team building by conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Induction and On-Boarding.
Preparing employee document such as offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter etc .
Training new or existing employees.
HR Policies and HR Manuals. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.

Criteria :

2+ years of exp in HR with a strong understanding towards HR processes and practices.
