HR Generalist's Responsibilities: 

• Take care of entire gamut of HR activities
  
• Handle induction and on-boarding formalities of new joiners 
  
• Maintain employee database and MIS reports accurately
  
• Act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt  resolution of all queries 
  
• Carry out innovative employee engagement activities 
  
• Handle employee grievances
  
• Take care of salary/compensation and other statutory requirement
  
• Conduct background verification 
  
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
  
• Attendance & leave management
  
• Assist in payroll processing 
  
• Identify the need for Training & Development in the organization and arrange for the best possible internal and external training 
  
• Assist the recruitment team in closing positions 
  
• Conduct Performance Appraisals
  
• Assist in preparing HR policies, processes and relevant documents
  
• Handle employee separation/exit process
  
• And any other activities assigned as per the company's requirement
  

• MBA degree in Human Resources or related field
  
• Understanding of general HR concepts and practices
  
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (mandatory)
  
• Proficient in MS Office (mandatory)
  
• Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  
• Flexible to work beyond office hours to complete work
  
• Matured approach with ability to work unsupervised Attention to detail.
