Summary
We are looking for a HR Generalist to support our HR team in managing recruitment, employee
engagement, payroll, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong
understanding of HR functions and be proactive in handling day-to-day HR responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day recruiting activities involving internal and external job posting,
resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with
the hiring manager.
Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding for seamless integration.
Assist in employee termination, including separation paperwork and exit interviews.
Support payroll processing by ensuring employee data accuracy and assisting with
benefits administration.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal
Responsibilities
Budgeting, Planning & Executing all Employee Engagement Activities
Managing and Maintaining all employee records online / offline
Creating posts and maintaining the LinkedIn page and digital HR page of the company
Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to
date.
Assist with employee relations.
Assist with the termination process involving preparation of separation paperwork, and
exit interviews.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
