Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for all internal and external HR-related matters.• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks.• Up keeping of data in HRMS and Employee Onboarding and Exit formalities.• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.• Manage the petty cash and employee benefits.• Responsible for managing the bills and invoice generation.• Handle all aspects of HR process in the organization.• Coordinate daily HR tasks and handle them in a timely manner without supervision.• Communicate the HR policies, rules and regulations effectively & professionally and ensure compliance.• Play an integral part of the training, internship, and other related activities.• Coordinate employee appraisals and promotions.• Conduct employee engagement activities to create a positive and fun- filled work atmosphere
