About The Team & Business Line

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role

You will ensure quality and timely HR shared services delivery to the organization and respective HR teams
You will Support, implement and modify HR processes to align with the employee journeys and HR digitization journey
You will act as a change agent to drive HR digitization and process improvements with design thinking
You will review and implement processes and procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirements

About You

You will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy pertaining to all employee and payroll records and any shared internal communications
You have the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce innovative solutions
You must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
You have the ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast paced and demanding work environment
You are highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail
You have experience with Oracle HRIS (EBS)
You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have 6-7 years’ experience working within an Human Resources group or as an admin assistant
